Clinton Rail-park Engine House Track Construction Project includes construction of 492 track feet of railroad from the lead track to the proposed engine house location for the Clinton Rail-park. The project also includes all earthwork and installation of granular material necessary for proper construction of the railroad track and preparation for the upcoming engine house project. The project also includes construction of a driveway from 36th Avenue South, sanitary sewers to the eventual building, storm sewer construction, erosion control devices, and other associated construction appurtenances. Engineers Estimate $500,000.00 The above work shall be commenced as soon as possible after the contract and bond have been approved by the City Attorney and have been signed by the Mayor and City Clerk. The notice to proceed for this project shall be issued on or before October 29th, 2024. The late start date shall be May 1st, 2025. There will be 50 (fifty) working days for this project. The final completion date, which includes all seeding and punch-list items, shall thirty (30) days after the verified substantial completion date. Liquidated damages shall be per Special Conditions.
