Reference Number 0000365238 Job Location: Boulder The Regents of the University of Colorado Boulder are seeking a General Contractor for services and requests submittal for proposals of General Contractors for the project titled The Center for Community (C4C) Dining Hall is an award-winning dining center located within the Center for Community building and offers an exciting fusion of community and cultural dining experiences. It features eight (8) micro-restaurants, a build your own salad bar and a dessert station for a variety of globally inspired cuisine. The objective of the construction project is to provide updates to the dining facility for improvements regarding dish room flow and efficiency, installation of new equipment and finishes, and the demolition and reconstruction of the Waldorf Cooking Station at the Asia Venue. Construction will begin in May 2025 with substantial completion in July 2025.
