The Town of Douglas has pre-purchased the water mains, valves, hydrants, water sampling stations and other related fittings. This project consists of furnishing all tools, labor, and equipment necessary for the removal of approximately 4,300 linear feet of existing water main and installation of new 12-inch water main and appurtenances. x The Town of Douglas has pre-purchased sewer and drain frames and covers and catch basin frames and grates. This project consists of furnishing all tools, labor, and equipment necessary for the removal and replacement of approximately 23 manhole frames and covers and removal and replacement of 6 catch basin frames and grates. x This project includes the transportation of the pre-purchased and stored materials to the project site from one of the Town's nearby locations: Douglas Municipal Building at 29 Depot Street. Franklin Street water storage tank site at Franklin Street. 29 Charles Street 104 Main Street Estimated cost is $2M. Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000.
