Selective removal of existing playground and park amenities, new splash pad and utility connections with expandability for future restroom and pavilion. Site grading, furnishings, lighting, and restoration are also included within site work scope and other Work indicated in the drawings and specifications. Est. Value: $ 800,000.00 Bids shall be accompanied by a cashier's check, bidder's bond, or certified check payable to CITY OF WINTHROP for not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of such bid including add-alternates. A bidder's bond shall include certified copy of the power of attorney. The Owner reserves the right to hold and consider the bids for 30 days after the date of the bid opening The right to waive any informality in any bid and reject any or all bids is reserved to the Owner.
