Bid open description: Please contact Thomas Ramsey at RamseyT@ayresassociates. com to get an invitation to log in visually to the bid opening In general, the project involves the demolition of the existing concrete walkways, curbs, gutters, and the removal of crushed limestone screenings. New improvements will include the installation of a patio with concrete pavers, realigned curbs and gutters, site furnishings, a shade structure, a trash enclosure, and landscaping. A single prime bid will be received for the work. BID SECURITy Bids must be accompanied by bid security in the amount of 10% of the maximum bid amount. Bid and bid security may not be withdrawn for a period of 45 days after the Bid Deadline. Bid security will be retained if the Bidder is awarded the Work and fails to execute the Agreement and furnish 100% Performance and Payment Bonds. This project is funded in part by financial assistance from Wisconsin Economic Development Corp. and ARPA. The project will be subject to requirements contained in applicable state and federal regulations. QUALIFICATIONS :Bidders shall submit a Statement of Bidder's Qualifications with their bid. RIGHTS RESERVED Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities in any bid. The upgrades are scheduled for completion in 2025.
