Renovation of a municipal facility in Salinas, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The awarded contractor agrees to provide the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and travel necessary to paint interior surfaces, replace cove base throughout, and replace all kick plates at the Salinas DMV field office for the term of this Agreement. The Contractor is responsible for field verifying all dimensions and existing site conditions pertinent to this Agreement. The anticipated term for this contract is thirty (30) calendar days between 12/1/24 to 11/30/2025. Questions are due 10/25/24 at 5:00 p.m. Answers will be posted 10/29/24 by 5:00 p.m.
