Work of the Project includes 1. 50 GPM Influent Pump Replacements - The six (6) discharge pumps in the Recirculation Tank shall be replaced with Orenco P500712-20 50 gpm, 3/4 HP, 1 Phase, 230V pumps. The removed pumps shall be salvaged to the Owner. Under this item, the pumps shall be provided. 2. Installation of Pumps - Under this item the six (6) pumps provided under Item 1 shall be installed with their filters. 3. 20 GPM Pumps - The Village operates ten (10) primary tank/lift stations, at locations as shown on the Plans, each including two (2) pumps. The pumps are Orenco P200512-20 20 gpm, 1/2 HP, 1 Phase, 230V pumps. Under this item, these pumps shall be provided and installed in LS 3,4,5,8, and 10. Wastewater System Improvements This project will involve various requirements for the rehabilitation of ten municipal sewer lift stations located throughout the Village, and improvements to the recirculation tank at the WWTP. A certified check or bank draft, payable to the order of Village of Verona negotiable U.S. Government bonds (at par value) or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total Bid shall be submitted with each Bid.
