Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Gretna, Louisiana. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Project Consist of the Removal and Relocation of Underground Utilities Including Main Electrical Conduits and Chill Water Lines Serving Second Parish Court Located Adjacent to the Project Site. This Work Also Includes Providing Access to the Existing Transformer and Generator in The Project Site. Each Bid must be accompanied by an electronic bid surety bond in the amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total amount bid, and payable without condition to the owner. Vendors must submit an electronic bid bond through the respective online clearinghouse bond management system(s) as indicated in the electronic bid solicitation on Central Auction House. No scanned paper copies of any bid bond will be accepted as part of the electronic bid submission.
