The work includes the furnishing of all labor, material, and equipment necessary or required to complete all work set forth in the Specifications and shown on the Plans for the construction of Kings Highway and Main Street Water Main Replacement in the Township of Moorestown, New Jersey, including but not limited to new water main installation, existing water main abandonment, all necessary connections and service line replacements, and all restorations. All bidders please be advised that this project may be funded entirely or at least in part from a Federal assistance agreement between EPA and the Township of Moorestown. Each bid must be enclosed in a sealed envelope addressed to Patricia L. Hunt, RMC, Township Clerk, Town Hall, 111 West Second Street, Moorestown, New Jersey 08057 marked on the outside with words: BID: Kings Highway and Main Street Water Main Replacement and must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or Certified or Cashier's Check in the amount not less than 10% of the amount bid, but not exceeding $20,000. All bid guarantees shall be accompanied by an executed consent from an approved surety company, licensed to conduct business in the State of New Jersey, agreeing to furnish the required Performance, Payment and Maintenance Bond upon the award of contract. All bidders and the general public are invited to be present for this bid opening. All bids must be submitted on the prescribed bid forms, providing one (1) original and one (1) copy of the bid package.
