Description

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in West Palm Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The City of West Palm Beach is accepting bids from qualified and responsible Contractors to assume full responsibility to complete the work as shown on the location map and described in the technical specifications for the project which include sidewalk and driveway construction, pavement and curb/gutter reconstruction, signing and pavement layout and restoration, storm sewer and sanitary sewer installation and connection to existing facilities. This project is being supported, in whole or in part, by American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds, FAIN SLFRP0447, awarded to City of West Palm Beach by the U.S. Department of the Treasury.
