A. Work Includes: The Work of the Project as defined by the Contract Documents consists of AnokaHennepin School District 11 - Jackson Middle School Chiller Replacement, as represented in the Contract Documents prepared by Armstrong, Torseth, Skold & Rydeen, Inc., Architects and Engineers, Minneapolis, Minnesota. B. Type of Contract: Project will be constructed under a Single Prime Contract. C. Related Work: Testing, adjusting, and balancing work, related to mechanical systems will be performed under separate direct contracts with Owner. Chiller Replacements Project consists of two Chiller Replacements, including associated Mechanical and Electrical Work. Single Lump Sum Bids will be received for the work, being included under the Contract. Questions due from Vendors by 11:45 PM LT on October 30, 2024, via email to: PurchQuotes@ahschools.us. Work may commence on June 10, 2025, and be Substantially Complete on/or before August 15, 2025. Contractor will be required to provide a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond each in an amount of 100 percent of Contract Amount. Single Lump Sum Bids will be received for the work, being included under the Contract. Contract is subject to compliance with the applicable Schedule of Prevailing Wages issued by the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry. Provide all State required Responsible Contractor Forms with your bid. The District reserves the right to reject all bids submitted.
