The Offeror is required to upload a PDF copy of the bid bond as a required element of this solicitation. The Public Purchase option of mailing in the bid bond is not allowed. b. The offeror must submit the original bid bond, or other acceptable forms of bid security (e.g. cash, cashier's checks, etc.) within five (5) working days from the notification of intent to award. If the offeror fails to comply with this requirement, the procurement officer has the option to reject the electronically submitted offer. INQUIRIES. Any questions regarding the solicitation shall require submission of a question via Online for clarification no later than ten (10) calendar days prior to the date fixed for opening, unless otherwise noted pursuant to the requirements of the solicitation.
