The Wyoming State Construction Department, Procurement Section, on behalf of the Wyoming State Construction Department (Procuring Agency) will receive bids for the Wyoming State Forestry Division Newcastle Field Office Boiler Replacement project located in Newcastle, Wyoming. This project will consist of demolition and removal of the cast iron section boiler, air separator, venting, hydronic piping in the boiler room, electrical components for the boilers and existing boiler controls from the basement, etc. Installing a new turnkey boiler system complete with new boilers, air separator, expansion tank, Category IV venting, hydronic piping within the boiler room, roof patching, existing system pumps to remain and be reconnected, etc. Bidding questions shall be submitted on the Public Purchase website by 5:00 p.m. MT on October 11, 2024. If a bid is greater than $150,000, each bid is required to have a bid deposit in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the total bid, which shall be in the form of a bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check (a copy of a check will not be accepted) drawn on a reliable bank and made payable to the State of Wyoming (no personal checks will be accepted), or an electronic bid bond with Surety 2000. ONLY if you are submitting an original 10% bid bond or submitting a 10% cashier check, it MUST be received in the Procurement Office at: Wyoming State Construction Department, Procurement Office, 700 West 21st Street, Cheyenne, Wyoming 82002, .
