The contract shall be effective for a period of delivery beginning with the date of the award and ending June 30, 2025. At the option of the State of Louisiana and acceptance by the Contractor, the contract may be extended for two additional 12 month periods at the same prices, terms and conditions. Method of Award: The award to be made on an all-or-none basis to the overall lowest responsive, responsible bidder meeting the specifications.
