Camino Real Regional Utility Authority Dona Ana County, New Mexico Santa Teresa 1.0 MG Elevated Storage Tank General Notice Camino Real Regional Utility Authority (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: Santa Teresa 1.0 MG Elevated Storage Tank. The Project includes the following Work: 1. Furnishing, installing, and providing all labor and materials to construct a new 1-million-gallon composite elevated storage tank and appurtenances. 2. Furnishing, installing, and providing all labor and materials to install approximately 500 ft of 16-inch diameter potable water buried piping, connection to the existing 16-inch water line. 3. Furnishing, installing, and providing all labor and materials to install associated structural, automation, and electrical work to complete new installation of elevated storage tank. 4. Furnishing, installing, and providing all labor and materials to install associated site preparation, grading, concrete paving, fencing, and site improvements. 5. Furnishing, installing, and providing all labor and materials to install, maintain, and remove temporary sedimentation, erosion, and traffic controls. 6. Furnishing, and providing all labor and materials to clean, pressure test, and disinfect the new facilities prior to establishing tie into the potable water distribution system. Bids are requested for the following Contract: Santa Teresa 1.0 MG Elevated Storage Tank. Owner anticipates that the Project's total bid price will be approximately in the range of $5,500,000.00 to $7,500,000.00. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The Project has an expected duration of 650 days. Instructions to Bidders.
