Water Tower Project Details of the project scope include the painting of the interior and exterior of the 72 ft. water tower with a 50 ft. bowl diameter, 37' head-range, and a 5' diameter wet riser and address safety issues. The City of Hebron is seeking proposals for the selection process to enter into a contract to provide services for interior and exterior painting of our water tower. The selected contractor will work in consultation with the City related to cost, scheduling, materials, supplies, public awareness/ safety and any other issues that may arise during the painting and repairs. The City reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals and to waive minor informalities. The City will not be liable for costs incurred by companies for proposal preparation, printing, demonstration or any other costs associated with or incurred in reliance on proposal creation. All such costs shall be the responsibility of the company.
