Renovation of a civil project in Valley, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The Project consists of constructing a building for a 2,000 gpm water treatment facility including high service pumps, aerator, tanks, chemical feed equipment, controls, HVAC, electrical, plumbing systems to remove iron and manganese from the raw water supply Work under the proposed Project Contract shall be commenced within ten calendar days from the date of Notice to Proceed, and the work shall be substantially completed on or before March 1, 2026, and completed by May 1, 2026, subject to any extension of time which may be granted by the Owner The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract in the best interest of the Owner. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. This is a State Revolving Fund (SRF) funded project. As such, special requirements related to the SRF program will apply as listed herein. Contractors and subcontractors on USEPA federally assisted construction projects are required to pay their laborers and mechanics wages not less than those established by the U.S. Department of Labor.
