Water System Well Improvements. Site Address: Multiple Sites (see Site Direction) No pre-bid meeting will be held for this Project. Est. Completion Date: Jan. 1, 2026 Site Directions: Gibbs Well #8: 2-422 N Water Tower Rd Van Buren, MO 63965 Crafton Well #7: US-60-BR Van Buren, MO 63965 Well #01 and High Service Pump Building are located at decimal degrees [36.994084, -91.013969]. Well #02 is a pitless well located south of Well #01, across the road. Description: The Work of this Contract consists of the following: 1. Convert Wells #5 and #6 for emergency use to maintain system pressure. o Reconfigure Wells #5 and #6 to maintain system pressure by installing VFDs. o Hwy D Booster Pump Station re-configured to fill the new Gibbs Tank upon loss of Well #8 operation. o Miscellaneous improvements at Well #5 and #6 and HS Pump Station. 2. New Gibbs and Crafton Well Houses o Install eye wash systems, including all above grade plumbing, booster pumps, and hot water tanks to the emergency shower/eye wash station that is on site but not installed. 3. New Gibbs and Crafton Well Houses o Add pressure control to wells to allow wells to supply distribution system when tank is down. Question Deadline 11/07/2024
