For ARPA - COMMUNITY REVITALIZATION - West Cotton Belt Trail Improvements -ARPA Project #34196844 / Sikeston Bid #25-30 The Scope of Work includes - The provision and installation of the site improvements as stipulated on the plans for site and other necessary improvements at the designated location including, but not limited to, construction of new concrete rail-to-trail sidewalk, landscaping and amenities. Not less than the prevailing hourly rate of wages shall be paid to all workmen performing under this contract in this area according to the rates determined by the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations of the State of Missouri. The City of Sikeston shall award any contract based on the proposal that, in its sole discretion, best meets the interests and requirements of the City. The City of Sikeston reserves the right in its sole discretion to reject any and all proposals for any sound and documented reason, to waive technicalities or deficiencies in any or all the proposals, and to award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder. Any rejected bid will be notified in writing by the city. This project is tax exempt. A tax exemption letter will be made available to the successful bidder upon request.
