Site work for a water / sewer project in Albany, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project includes but is not limited to the replacement of all remaining residential water meters with new ultrasonic, radio-read meters. This includes the procurement and installation of all necessary materials, equipment, and appurtenances to ensure full functionality. The upgraded system must support a fully drive-by meter reading process using truck-mounted readers or equivalent technology. All work necessary to achieve a complete and operational drive-by meter reading system is included in the scope. Questions pertaining to this project shall be submitted directly to Travis S. Harper, P.E. at Commonwealth Engineers, Inc. via Online. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any bid, or all bids, or to accept any bid or bids, or to make such combination of bids as may seem desirable, and to waive any and all informalities in bidding.
