This project will be a partial renovation of the existing Lextran Maintenance building. The scope of work includes: New drywall partition on top of existing CMU wall to close off the Mezzanine level from the bus maintenance bays New hollow metal door & frame and drywall partition to close off the first-floor corridor form the maintenance bays and painting New exhaust ducts and gas detection system in the maintenance bays Electrical and mechanical system modifications to accommodate new work The bus maintenance bays will remain in operation throughout construction. The awarded contractor will be required to coordinate the work schedule and sequence with Lextran.
