1.0-MG Southside Composite Elevated Storage Tank Repaint The Project includes furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and performing all work required for the removal of existing interior and exterior coatings and applying a new coating system as specified to the interior and exterior of the 1.0-Million Gallon (MG) Southside Composite Elevated Storage Tank, and all necessary appurtenances. The location of the project is shown by the location map provided in the construction plans, and is generally located adjacent and north of Interstate Highway 30 East between Vigor Way and White Hills Drive Should you have any concerns or questions concerning this information or the conduct of any of our employees please contact the City's ethic's officer at 972-772-6407. Offeror must submit, with their Proposal, and a Bid Bond from an approved surety company, in the amount of five percent (5%) of their proposal as a guarantee that the Offeror will enter into a contract and guarantee forms, if required, within 10 days after notice of award of contract. The successful Offeror must furnish Performance Bond and Payment Bond, each in the amount of 100 percent (100%) of the contract price, from an approved Surety company holding a permit from the State of Texas to act as surety, and acceptable according to the latest list of companies holding Certificates of Authority from the Secretary of the Treasury of the United States, or another Surety acceptable to the City. A ten percent (10%) Maintenance Bond (2-year) is required for this project The right is reserved by the City of Rockwall to reject any and all proposals.
