**As of December 5 , 2024 , This project has been awarded to Sikes Brothers for $1,390,706.60..** Tattnall County is soliciting bids on striping approximately 16.86 miles of county roads, resurfacing of approximately 9.33 miles of county roads and restriping and signing one intersection in Tattnall County. The installation of 9 rumble strips is also included. The contractor will be given a 14 day notice to proceed. Tattnall County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. Contractor must be authorized to use and uses the federal work authorization program commonly known as E-Verify, or any subsequent replacement program, in accordance with the applicable provisions and deadlines established in O.C.G.A. 13-10-91. Contractor must supply their E-Verify number with their bid. The contractor will be responsible for providing material pits for shoulder grading. The contractor will be given a 14 day notice to proceed. All work is to be completed by August 31, 2025.
