Bid date notes: Responses shall be addressed “Attn: Maria Macias, Procurement Officer,” with the Title “RSTHC – Janitorial and Maintenance Services RFP”. Request for Proposals (RFP) Packets may be obtained at the Reno-Sparks Indian Colony Administration Office, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., or by submitting an email request to the Procurement Officer at procurement@rsic.org. In the event that you receive an email version of this RFP, an original version with original signatures will still be required on all bid documents. (No facsimiles or copied documents will be accepted.) The selected individual or firm will work directly with the Reno-Sparks Tribal Health Center as a private contractor/consultant. Ten (10) copies of the RFP shall be submitted by the deadline listed above Indian-owned businesses will be given preference as per 24 CFR §§ 1000.48-1000.52 / 24 CFR § 1003.510 Indian Owned, minority-owned, or women-owned business participation is encouraged. The Reno-Sparks Indian Colony (RSIC) reserves the right to accept or refuse any and or all proposals. LICENSES AND PERMITS: It shall be the responsibility of the Contractor to acquire all necessary licenses and permits prior to commencement of work and to comply with all applicable Tribal, City, County, State and Federal Laws, regulations and codes. The Contractor shall be responsible for any/all types of insurance, tax, permit, fee, license, or other expense(s) required due to his services under this contract, unless otherwise stated herein. If applicable any/all construction material used within this contract is subject to Reno-Sparks Indian Colony Tribal Jurisdiction and reporting of such will be directly to the Reno Sparks Indian Colony.
