Expansion of the emergency department at Lakeshore General Hospital located at 160, Stillview Avenue, Pointe-Claire (Quebec) H9R 2Y2. The scope of the project includes the construction of a new three-storey building (basement, ground floor and 2nd floor) to house a mechanical and electrical room in the basement, a new emergency room with 42 stretchers, a 12-bed brief hospitalization unit and a 6-bed brief intervention unit. The scope of this LEED certified project will include construction of a 90,125 sq ft 2/1 storey addition and renovation of approximately 8,705 sq ft. TIMELINE: Following the request for proposals 44540648/20023696 the owner has awarded a professional consulting firms to provide the project commissioning services.
