The New York Power Authority (Hereinafter "Authority" or "NYPA") Invites Qualified Bidders to Submit a Proposal for the Thomas Road Culvert Replacement Project. Work to Include, but Not Be Limited to: Culvert Replacement 1400 Feet West of Thomas Road and Empire State Trail Repairs Between Reber Road and Thomas Road on the Old Erie Canal. Install Temporary Erosion and Sediment Control Devices and Protective Barrier Fence Prior to Disturbing Any Areas. Remove and Store/dispose Any Interfering Wood Rail Fence. Install Work Zone Traffic Control Features. Clear Trees as Indication in Plans and as Necessary. Remove Downed Trees and Stumps to Construct New Box Culvert and Trail. Excavate for New Box Culvert and Rip Rap Armoring. Install New Wood Rail Fencing as Needed. Remove Temporary Erosion and Sediment Control Devices and Protective Barrier Fence Upon Completion of the Permanent Stabilization of All Disturbed Areas. This Contract May Be Fulfilled by a Sub-contract, Joint Venture or Co-production Arrangement. CR Number: 2114671 Contract term: UP TO 1 YEAR
