Scope of Work - Bioreactor 2 & 5 South Aeration System Repairs South Valley Water Reclamation Facility Services shall be completed in one mobilization from start to finish. Contractor shall furnish all parts and materials to complete the work unless indicated otherwise herein. - Inspection of all PVC manifolds, headers, and lateral aeration piping for damage. Damage will be reported to South Valley Water Reclamation Facility. - Inspection of all floor anchors, support rods, clamps, and hardware for damage is misalignment. Damage will be reported to South Valley Water Reclamation Facility. - All PVC laterals and diffuser holders will be aligned and levelled. - All anchor hardware will be tightened or replaced as necessary with appropriate stainless steel hardware. - All PVC joints will be replaced or repaired as necessary. - All O-rings will be replaced if needed. - All diffuser holders will be cleaned out and unplugged as necessary. - All warped subplates will be replaced as necessary. - All diffuser rings will be tightened as necessary and replaced if needed. - Diffuser layouts will be checked and verified. Any variations due to repairs will be brought to the attention of South Valley Water Reclamation Facility for approval before changing any layout. - Purge systems at each manifold will be inspected and repaired as necessary. - All leaks in PVC aeration system will be repaired and witnessed by South Valley Water Reclamation Facility. Leak test will be performed with water level at least 1-inch above diffusers. Contractor shall provide for their own confined space entry including permitting and atmosphere monitoring. South Valley Water Reclamation Facility will provide ladder access into the basins and will have bioreactors cleaned prior to Contractor mobilizing.
