Shiloh Elementary School 2400 Ross Road Snellville, Georgia 30039 For the Gwinnett County Board of Education Gwinnett County, Georgia The furnishing of all labor, materials, and services necessary for the construction of the Interior Renovations project at Shiloh Elementary School Contract, if awarded, will be on a lump sum basis. The bids may not be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after date of opening. Bids must be accompanied by an AIA Document A310 Bid Bond made payable to Gwinnett County Public Schools, in an amount equal to 5 percent of the Base Bid price.
