The contractor shall furnish all labor, transportation, supervision, tools, equipment, and materials necessary for and incidental to the work. all work shall be in accordance with this specification. the purpose of this project is to replace the station main control valve pneumatic actuator with a closed loop electraulic actuator, thereby reducing methane emissions. pgw has purchased a new rexa actuator system. basis of award: the basis of award is based on lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
