The Creighton Housing Authority is requesting bids for Removal and Replacement of all existing storm doors and trim coil. SCOPE: The scope of this project is to remove the existing storm doors and replace them with new storm doors. The trim coil around the buildings shall be removed and replaced as well. MATERIALS: The contractor shall provide all materials except the doors needed to complete this project. INSTALLATION: The contractor shall provide all labor associated with completing this project. INSURANCE: The contractor shall provide a current copy of workman's comp. and liability insurance with Creighton Housing Authority added. MISCELLANEOUS: Everything will need to be cleaned up at the end of each day. The contractor shall be responsible for all permits, fees, sales tax, and inspections required by either the city or state. All work shall be completed by March 31, 2025. Creighton Housing Authority reserves the right to refuse any and all bids. Must be an Equal Opportunity Employer. Davis-Bacon Wage Act for minimum wages shall be followed. The Contractor shall furnish all materials and labor needed to remove and install to the point of destination. The doors have been purchased and are in storage at Creighton HA.
