The construction manager selected will provide preconstruction and construction management services for renovation, remodel, and/or addition to a facility of approximately 20,000 GSF. The program consists of classroom and lab suites applying the latest technology in the automotive repair industry and computer lab, library, study, tool and equipment storage, spare part, and storage spaces necessary to support the career and technical education.
