The vendor will be responsible for the project management, engineering, design, construction and purchasing of equipment for a fiber to the home project near the Spokane Indian Reservation. Please review an aerial map for a view of the area and associated roads. All fiber equipment must be able to handle at least 100/100 Mbps up/down internet service and must be able to handle up to 1/1 Gbps internet service for each of the projected 140 customers in this project. PROJECT: Fiber to the premise project near the Spokane Indian Reservation. Sealed bids are being requested for project management, which includes design and construction of the fiber to the premise project for Spokane Broadband Services near the Spokane Indian Reservation. All work performed on this project will be subject to the higher of the prevailing state or federal wage rates (if applicable due to other federal funds in the project).
