Bids must be submitted in SEALED ENVELOPES addressed to Jerry Volpe, Qualified Purchasing Agent, and clearly marked on the outside IFB #24-5. All Bids are to be submitted with one (1) original and three (3) copies. A bid guarantee payable to the order of the ATLANTIC CITY HOUSING AUTHORITY, negotiable U.S. Government Bonds, or a satisfactory Bid Bond, executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety in the amount of ten percent (10%) of bid, not to exceed $20,000.00 shall be submitted with each bid if required. The Housing Authority shall have the right, in addition to retaining the amount of the Bid Security, to proceed against the bidder for any additional damages, which may occur due to the bidder's refusal or failure to enter into a contract. All addenda(s) will be issued via email. It is the sole responsibility of the respondent to be knowledgeable of all addenda(s) related to this procurement and certify as such. Bidders must comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A 10:5-31 and N.J.A.C. 17-27 et seq. Questions regarding the bid package should be submitted in writing (via email to Jerry@NJpurchasing.com) no later than 10:00 AM, Wednesday, October 16, 2024
