For questions related to this bid, please contact Josh Roberts, Program Manager by email: jroberts@kcmgroupri.com . - Performance Bond 100 % - Labor and Materials Bond 100 % This project is funded in part by the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) and the State Fiscal Recovery Funds (SFRF) through the Rhode Island Pandemic Recovery Office (PRO). The successful bidder must comply with all state laws applicable to state funded projects and construction, including, but not limited to, Minority Business Enterprises (R.I. Gen. Laws 37-14.1) and Equal Employment Opportunity (R.I. Gen. Laws 28- 5.1). Compliance with state laws must be documented and transmitted to the Town of South Kingstown prior to the Town's award of contract to the successful bidder. No bidder may withdraw his/her bid within sixty (90) days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bid. The Town of South Kingstown reserves the right to reject any/all bids, waive any informalities in the bids received and to accept and award the bid to the lowest qualified bid deemed most favorable to the interest of the Town of South Kingstown.
