Renovation of a municipal facility in Ravenna, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The work will consist of partial renovation of the 1st floor, 5th floor, and 7th floor per scope of services and construction phasing as defined in the provided bid documents. Bid Package #1 - General Trades Contract $900,000.00 The successful bidder will be required to pay not less than the minimum wage rates established by the Department of Industrial Relations of the State of Ohio in accordance with all provisions of the Prevailing Wage Act of the State of Ohio, ORC Sections 4115.03 and 4115.16 and related requirements. Portage County has the rights to reject any or all bids and reserves the right to waive any irregularities in the form of the bid that do not affect or destroy competitive bidding.
