The Legislative Facility Services ("LFS") department of the Legislative Assembly of British Columbia ("Legislative Assembly") is inviting bids for landscaping maintenance services at the Parliament Buildings and surrounding areas on the Legislative Precinct. The Contract will be awarded for an initial 24-month term (commencing April 1, 2025 and ending March 31, 2027). The successful Contractor may, at the discretion of LFS, be granted the option to renew the Contract for an additional one (1), two (2) or three (3) one- (1-) year periods, with terms to be agreed upon by the Parties at the time of renewal.
