Demolition and site work for a mixed-use development in North Parkersburg, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; and sidewalk / parking lot.
This work shall consist of complete demolition of such buildings specifically designated on the item list for removal. It shall include disconnection of utilities, salvaging and disposing of the resultant materials in the manner and subject to the condition and regulations hereinafter prescribed. Additional items for demo besides structure: 1. Concrete pads 2. Sidewalk 3. Wooden Porches/Steps 4. Concrete steps 5. Large tree 6. Concrete wall 7. Removal of all vegetation and trees less than 6" in diameter on the property 8. All sidewalks parallel with adjacent city roads remain All questions must be made in writing and emailed to Adam Stout, PE at adam.stout@parkersburgwv.gov Each bid shall contain the full name and address of every person, firm or corporation interested in the same, and if a corporation, the name and address of the President and Secretary. Each bidder shall require a Certified check, bank draft or acceptable surety bid bond in the amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid. The Finance Director reserves the right to reject all bids or parts of bids for any one or more supplies or contractual services included in the proposed contract, when the public interest will be served.
