Site work and new construction of a stadium in Spanish Fort, Alabama. Completed plans call for the construction of a stadium; and for site work for a stadium.
The Project consists of constructing pickleball courts and associated amenities. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum basis, with additive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form. Inquiries should be directed to: Nick Combs, ncombs@thompsonengineering.com; 251-284-1088. Bidders shall submit proof of qualifications to perform the Work and bid security in accordance with and as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Bids submitted shall be sealed and include the project name marked on the outside of the envelope. The City of Spanish Fort reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive informalities in the bidding.
