Renovation of a municipal facility in Denver, Colorado. Working plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
As of October 28, 2024, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established. A general description of the Work to be performed: Coordinate and manage appropriate design professionals related to preparation of preliminary and final plat documents, of construction documents including phase 1 and phase 2 infrastructure plans, of lift station plans, of waste water treatment improvement plans and of off-site construction documents. Project coordination with utility providers. Participate in weekly meetings with the City, landowners, architect, contractors and others as necessary. Work with executive team and legal advisors on project development, negotiation, revision and approvals of various contract documents.
