Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Carthage, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the construction of a 17,500-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
The Project site is the Phase 3A Outparcel, including +-1.846 acres, shown on plat recorded in Plat Cabinet 20, Slide 470, Moore County Registry. The preliminary scope of work, which may be modified during contract negotiation with the successful Respondent, includes (a) project administration services (provide lead design-build project management services), (b) design criteria (provide all services necessary from initial concept through pre-construction), and (c) construction administration services). The preliminary Project requirements (size estimates are approximate) include, but are not limited to, (a) 4,500 square feet of retail space, (b) 3,100 square feet of office space, (c) 9,900 square feet of warehouse space, (d) seven staff bathrooms, and (e) emergency generator. The Project is the construction of a new 17,500-square foot retail, office, and warehouse facility for the Moore County Alcoholic Beverage Control Board.
