Renovation of a mixed-use development in Charleston, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Kanawha County Schools Purchasing Department on behalf of the Facilities Planning Department is soliciting bids to provide HVAC replacement and renovation at Kanawha County Schools - Crede Operations Air Handling Unit. Replacement to include demolition/removal of existing mechanical HVAC systems to include units, piping, ductwork, etc. as required for installation of new HVAC systems. Demolition includes removal and replacement of existing rooftop equipment as well as final connections. New digital temperature controls shall also be provided to tie into the district wide controls. Refer to contract documents for detailed scope description and contract requirements.
