SCOPE OF WORK o The City of Fond du Lac, Wisconsin is soliciting proposals for an architectural consultant for preparation of building design plans and bid package for the a new building to enclose the existing carousel in Lakeside Park. The proposed scope of services follows along with other general information about the project and proposal. The City of Fond du Lac may reject any or all Proposals on any basis and without disclosure of any reason. The failure to make a disclosure shall not result in accrual of any right, claim or cause of action against the City. Event RFP note : All Proposals shall be prepared on the Proposal forms provided in the specifications and shall remain attached thereto, and shall be addressed to City of Fond du Lac, P.O. Box 150, Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. Proposals may not be delivered by facsimile transmission or other telecommunication or electronic means. Each Proposal envelope shall be properly identified on the face thereof "PROPOSAL FOR ARCHITECHURAL CONSULTANT, NO. 2024-114". No Proposal shall be withdrawn for a period of (30) thirty days after the opening of said Proposals, without the consent of the Deputy Procurement Officer.
