All Roof modifications/repairs need to be inspected and approved by TAMKO. Construction Cost Estimate: $455,000.00 Description DFCM Division Facilities and Construction and Managment Nonresidential building construction services including commercial and office building new construction services and construction services and renovation and repair services Electrical system services including wiring and other electrical maintenance including HVAC construction and maintenance and installation and mechanical and machine installation and repair services The bid documents will be available at 3:00 PM on Thursday, October 10, 2024 on the Utah Public Procurement Place (U3P) website and can also be accessed via the DFCM website - Electronic Bidding The project described herein is the Utah State Fairpark - Pioneer Building HVAC Upgrade. This work shall include all labor, materials, equipment, fixtures, and devices for the entire mechanical work and a complete operating and tested installation as required for this project. B. This Division will schedule the boiler inspection and pay for all costs associated with certifying the boiler with the state. All work shall be executed in accordance with all underwriters, public utilities, local and state rules and regulations applicable to the trade affected. Should any change in the plans and Specifications be required to comply with these regulations, the Contractor shall notify the Architect before the time of submitting his bid. After entering into contract, the Contractor will be held to complete all work necessary to meet these requirements without extra expense to the Owner.
