Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Springfield, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

This project consists of completing stormwater and ADA improvements along Scenic Ave from Olive Street to Sunshine Street. The project will connect existing sidewalk and upgrade the storm system and utility infrastructure as needed. The work consists of approximately 7,900 linear feet of curb and gutter, 41,500 square feet of concrete sidewalk, various length and size of storm pipes and inlets, and ADA curb ramps. A certified or cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of 5 percent of the bid shall be submitted with each proposal. Note all labor shall be paid Missouri Prevailing Wages. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive irregularities in bids. Bidders on this work will be required to comply with the President's Executive Order Number 11246. Requirements for bidders and contractors under this order are explained in the specifications.
