Reference Number - 0000280183 Question Acceptance Deadline - 2024/11/06 02:00:00 PM EST Bid Intent Deadline - 2024/10/24 02:00:00 PM EDT Colliers Project Leaders is seeking services for the design development and execution of the swing space stage, the client intent to renovate to support necessary architectural changes to interior elements and furniture using the result from the functional programing report and security study, the consultants will develop the design for the swing space taking into consideration of the current state and condition of the swing space and the security requirements, making only necessary architectural, interior, furniture, mechanical, electrical, AV, IT, and structural modification to allow the execution of the swing space. The Scope of the project includes, but is not limited to: (Subject to change by owner pending leasing negotiation) Renewal of existing finishes in tenant office space Modification of existing tenant space to meet client programing and security requirements (Requirements & report to be shared with winning proponent) Renovation and Build-out of executive office spaces of approximately 10,000 sqft. Renovation of ground floor tenant space New furniture and fixtures New wayfinding & signage Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
