Renovation of an educational facility in Sacramento, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 744-square-foot educational facility.

Description of Work: Project consists of replacement of the existing linear accelerator, fan coil unit and power conditioner with new Accuray Radixact linear accelerator unit. This medical equipment change out will include flooring, ceiling, casework & finishes upgrade. Accessibility upgrades will take place for toilets, dressing rooms and drinking fountain. Requests for clarification or interpretation of the Bidding Documents must be in writing and received by 4:00 p.m., January 10, 2025. Bid Security in the amount of 10% of the Lump Sum Base Proposal, excluding alternates, shall accompany each bid. Estimated Construction Cost: $1,771,100.00 Contract Time: 360 days The following contractors have been prequalified to submit proposals on this project: - DPR Construction - Rudolph and Sletten, Inc. - Truebeck Construction, Inc.
