Operations Center Administration Building Renovations: This project includes the design and preparation of construction documents to renovate the Operations Center Administration Building, which is approximately 16,700 square feet, and is located at 2304 S 1st Place, Broken Arrow, OK 74012. The renovation will include but is not limited to redesigning the interior portion of the building for multi-departmental offices spaces, conference rooms, training room, break rooms, restrooms, along with public service window at the lobby. i. Scope to also included: New HVAC system, revised fire sprinkler system, new plumbing fixtures, new electrical system, and revised low voltage A/V system. b. General Services - Administration Building: This project includes the design and preparation of construction documents on a new Pre-Engineered Metal Building for Department Administration. The estimated square footage is 4,500 sqft and located on the existing City facility at 1700 W Detroit St. This building will provide offices, conference room, break room, and workshop for the Maintenance Department. i. Scope to also include: HVAC system design, plumbing system, and electrical system, and new low voltage A/V system. The existing site will have grading modifications and new pavement for designated parking along with utility connections.
