Renovation of an educational facility in Warren, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Enterprise High School VUV Replacement. A. The project consists of all necessary prep to perform the indicated work in the following areas: Enterprise High School 1. Supply and installation of sixteen (16) new VUVs including controls integration per the bid documents prepared by Ameresco. 2. Electrical work to support installation of (16) new VUVs per the bid documents prepared by Ameresco. SCHEDULE: A. After the award of the contract, the schedule will be finalized with the successful bidder(s), Ameresco and the Warren Woods Public Schools, Facilities and Operations Dept. Work is planned for summer of 2025. TYPE OF PROPOSAL: Lump sum proposals by school are being entertained for the work of this proposal. Contracts may be awarded to separate vendors for the mechanical and electrical scopes, or to a single vendor for both. Ameresco shall hold the contract. The bid shall be accompanied by a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationship that exists between the Owner or any employee of the bidder and any member of the School Board, or the Superintendent of Schools. Also required is a sworn and notarized affidavit of compliance to the Iran Economic Sanctions Act. The Owner will not accept a bid that does not include these sworn and notarized statements. Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check, cashiers check, or a satisfactory Surety Bid Bond in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid price as guaranty. No bid shall be considered unless it is accompanied by the required guaranty. Checks shall be made payable to Warren Woods Public Schools. Such cash, checks, or bid bonds will be returned to all except the three lowest bidders for each contract within five (5) days after the opening of bids, and the remaining cash, checks, or bid bonds will be returned promptly after the Owner and the accepted bidders have executed the Contract, or if no award has been made, within sixty (60) days after the date of the opening of bids, upon demand of the bidder at any time thereafter, so long as he has not been notified of the acceptance of his bid. The right to accept and/or reject any and all proposals and to waive any and all informalities and/or irregularities in bid proposals submitted during the bidding process is reserved by the Owner, which right may be exercised at the sole discretion of the Owner. Proposals for base bids may not be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the time established for the receipt of proposals. Bidders may withdraw at any item prior to the time set for the receipt of proposals.
