Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Clayton, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

A PROPOSAL BOND APPROVED BY THE COUNTY SOLICITOR IN AN AMOUNT EQUAL TO 10% OF TOTAL BID, BUT NOT IN EXCESS OF $20,000.00. 2. A certificate (Consent of Surety) as per N.J.S.A. 40A:11-22 from a Surety Company stating that it will provide the bidder if successful, with a performance bond and payment bond in the sum of not less than the total contract. 3. A completed Non-Collusion Affidavit. 4. A Completed Public Disclosure Information Sheet indicating stockholders in the Corporation or Partnership who owns 10% or more of its stock as provided in Chapter 33 of the Public laws of 1977. 5. Wage and Hour Compliance Acknowledgment. 6. Plan and Equipment Questionnaire. 7. Business Registration Certificate, including all sub-contractors. 8. Each Bid must be signed in ink by an authorized representative of the company, and be delivered at the place and on the hour named above. If mailed, the sealed bid envelop must be within an outer mailing envelope, and be received at the Office of the County Purchasing Agent prior to the hour named above. The Purchasing Agent or The Board of County Commissioners, reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any irregularities and to award the contract to the bidder whose proposal is best suited to the County's requirements. Any bid obviously unbalanced may be rejected. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27, laws against discrimination because of race, religion, sex, color, etc. All bidders are hereby notified that compliance with the New Jersey Prevailing Wage Act (Chapter 150, Law of 1963) and/or County of Gloucester rules and regulations that are applicable to this project will be required of any contract awarded. The project will consist of various repairs performed at Two (2) bridge locations in the Townships of Monroe and Franklin. The repairs include installing 10" concrete surface course as decking, along with new parapet walls, guiderail, crash cushions and asphalt paving approaches at the bridge location in Monroe Township. It shall also include the replacement of parapet buttress for new approach guiderail transitions, and replacement of guiderail at the location in Franklin Township. Additional work at both locations include type 'D' repairs, crack repairs, riprap installation, painting of the parapets and waterproofing of the concrete structures, along with other miscellaneous work. All restoration and cleanup associated with the work at each location shall be included in the Lump Sum price for Final Cleanup. All site clearing at each location shall be included in the Lump Sum price for Clearing Site. The following is a list of bridge locations to have work performed under this contract: 1. Bridge 7-O-1 on Malaga Road (CR659) over Fourmile Branch in the Township of Monroe. 2. Bridge 10-K-2 on Williamstown Road (CR612) over Little Ease Run in the Township of Franklin. The Quantities shown are approximate and shall be directed by the County for each location on the EstimateDistribution of Quantities sheet. The County reserves the right to direct additional quantities at any of the locations within the project. Items such as Clearing Site and Final Cleanup are lump sum and are applied to the entire project as a whole and are not distributed to any particular location.
