Architectural and Engineering services for the comprehensive design of a new classroom wing, a new gymnasium with associated spaces, demolition of an existing classroom wing and renovation to the athletic facilities of Waynesboro High School, as well as related work as may be agreed to be consistent with the Virginia Public Procurement Act (PPA).
